Media license agreement

1. I confirm that I am the creator and copyright owner of the photos or videos I upload, or that I have all necessary rights and permissions to grant Motogearcheck the license described below.

2. By uploading content, I grant Motogearcheck a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, Sub-licensable and Transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of my photos/videos, in connection with the Motogearcheck website, social media, and promotional materials.

3. I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of my photos/videos, and I agree not to assert any copyright, privacy, or publicity claims against Motogearcheck arising from such use.

4. I confirm that the photos/videos are not generated or significantly altered by artificial intelligence tools.

5. The photos/videos do not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

6. If identifiable people are in the photos/videos, the user has obtained necessary model releases.

7. You agree to indemnify and hold motogearcheck harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from your breach of these warranties, including, without limitation, any claim of copyright infringement by a third party.

8. To the extent permitted by law, I waive any moral rights (such as the right to be attributed or to object to derogatory treatment) in the photos/videos.
